TOP DOWN APPROACH – A REVIEW

All the organizations possess a particular type of infrastructure, which is known as employee arrangement. There are two types of approaches one can see in this case. They are top down approach and bottom up approach. In the top down approach, the leadership vector points from the top manager of the company and comes down to the last sector employee. In this approach, the abstraction of the management actions is the main characteristic feature. It has its own pros and cons. Let us talk about them in the upcoming posts.
