Downward leadership

Hiee buddies!!! Let us see about a concept called downturn leadership today. It is derived from the basic vector process of ordination of a command in an organization. It is the flow in which all the communication between the members of the organization is made. Thus, it got the name.  In this type of leadership, the highest authority or the chief executive officer of the firm will carry all the commands and the necessary steps forward.
